what do i do for fun?

Today I was asked this question, and it stumped me. What *do* I "do for fun"? I don't even think I really do anything *for fun* -- I just have fun doing what I do for, um, work? school? life?

I ride my bike -- that's fun, but I don't do it as part of a "fun agenda", I do it to get to school/work, or to the co-op. I enjoy eating, but again, is that something I do for fun? I like and wrestling with and solving problems, but most of that is either for work or for school. I like walking my dog. I like canoeing, but really I do that more to hang with friends; I wouldn't do it myself. Is hanging with friends something I do for fun? I suppose it is, but it doesn't sound very exciting. None of the above really sounds exciting. I felt like I needed to come up with something exotic: I surf for fun, I climb mountains; I tip cows; I collect stamps; I watch TV; I breathe; I love; I try to pay attention; I dream; I shop; I do my nails; I mop the floor; I floss; I masturbate; I live a double life as a secret agent; I read; I rebuild cars; I garden; I don't do anything for fun. I do it for life. Fun is a side effect.
