egg sandwich

In the winter months, when the Madison Farmer's Market is held indoors at the Senior Center, there's a weekly breakfast for $6. Not much choice (meat or veggie), but the food is generally pretty good. Today it was excellent. Cheers to Ben Hunter and crew (often found at the Catacombs), and to Sophia's for the focaccia bread. From the Market site:
The March 26 breakfast will be prepared by Ben Hunter and the staff from Underground Catering.  The menu will include Breakfast Sandwiches with Baked Farm Ham, Ficcocia Bread, Braised Spinach, Eggs, and Herb Roasted Potatoes.  Apple cider, juice, tea, and locally roasted fair trade coffee will also be included.
Not that I'm a food critic. For that, see Eating in Madison A-Z.

Mmmm, egg sandwich. That *was* delish. While I welcome the outdoor market, I'll be sad for the end of these fabulous repasts.

Thanks for the A-Z link, too (tho' I hasten to add we're not really critics either).
