Bluetooth GPS and PocketPC

It's a sad thing in some ways, for a diehard Mac guy to have to buy a PocketPC, but since that's what the game engin (allegedly) runs on, that's the platform I need to work with.

What I need are three things (actually four): A Pocket PC with Bluetooth (and heck, while we're at it, how about WiFi?); a cheap PC laptop with bluetooth (or w/o but then I'd need a Bluetooth dongle); and a Bluetooth-enabled GPS unit (no screen needed since it can communicate with the Pocket PC, my Mac, and the PC laptop). The fourth is the game engine, which is at MIT, but promised forthcoming.

The fifth is time. I need time to put together a game, but then I need to see the game engine before I can get a feel for how the game needs to be designed. And of course I need to get a PC to modify the game engine (rumor has it -- but it should run on Virtual PC, right? -- I don't know either). But I don't want to buy a Pocket PC until I know for certain that the game engine really *is* coming.

So I'm at a standstill, and time is running out this semester. If it all works out (and it always does), and it seems like this Augmented Reality Gaming -- er, I mean "Collaborative Hybrid Augmented Reality Gaming Environment" (CHARGE!) looks like the kind of thing that I could write a dissetation on, then I'd be happy to relax and spend a few semesters getting it right. I guess that this is what I'm currently hoping.
